We are organized into several lines of business.

Vitex is a professional services firm dedicated to assisting Presidents, CEOs, and senior executives achieve their strategic business objectives through vision, leadership, and the creative use of technology. Vitex specializes in a wide array of consulting and project management services for its clients throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. Our corporate campus on Lake Norman is fully owned and houses the majority of our professionals. The remainder of our professionals are housed in satellite offices throughout the US.

Our Large Bank Practice focuses on Procurement LifeCycle, expense management, process improvement, revenue enhancement, and technology management for large banks. Typical engagements include Accounts Payable Micro Reviews, Purchasing Card implementation, expense management analysis, technology guidance, and program or implementation project management.

Our Community Bank Practice is focused on assisting community banks increase employee productivity, bank revenue, and shareholder value through better selection, implementation, and utilization of technology. Typical engagements consist of, leading a core decision process, strategic technology planning, conducting a technology assessment or project management engagements.

Our Vitex Alliance team is designed to provide community banks with on-going support, vision, and tools to thrive in today's competitive environment.

We do not have any affiliations or relationships with other firms or vendors. Vitex does not represent any hardware or software vendors, nor do we receive any compensation or remuneration, directly or indirectly, from any vendor for referrals, recommendations, etc. In addition, we do not sell any hardware or software. This allows us to maintain uncompromising objectivity when providing recommendations to our clients. All of our revenue is received from our clients.
